Marketplace and seller
Wafrli brings together independent stores. The selected store is responsible for accurate listings, stock, goods and its advertised fulfilment. The platform operates accounts, order workflows and technical communication. This does not waive any party’s applicable legal duties. Check dimensions, compatibility, accessories and warranty details; advertising is not a manufacturer certification.
Accounts and payment
Use accurate information and a unique password. Do not misuse accounts or orders. Only enabled, configured payment methods are available; submitting a transfer reference does not prove settlement. Card entry belongs on a configured provider page. Test payments must not be mistaken for live transactions.
Review totals before submission. Stock or pricing issues require communication, not an undisclosed change to an agreed amount. Delivery and returns policies also apply.
Content and disputes
Illegal or deceptive content, counterfeit goods, unauthorised logos and others’ personal information are prohibited. Report issues through Help; allegations are reviewed rather than treated as final findings. Keep order and ticket references and request escalation when necessary. Mandatory complaint rights remain; later policy updates do not retroactively remove existing rights.
