Rights and time limits
For purchases governed by Syrian law, Article 4 of Legislative Decree 8/2021 provides for one exchange within three days of receipt, subject to its exceptions and without expenses or prejudice to better terms. It also addresses return and refund for defects or inability to exchange for the same type or value. This is not an unrestricted cash-refund promise for all sound goods. Mandatory rights prevail.
Do not treat three days as a cutoff for latent defects or an applicable warranty. Additional commercial benefits must be disclosed by the store before purchase.
Damaged, incorrect or unsafe goods
Contact support with the order number, item, quantity, problem and discovery time. Stop using unsafe goods. Photos, receipts and serial numbers help; an unboxing video is not required to preserve a valid claim. The store and support review evidence and coordinate the applicable remedy without charging the customer for an established defect or seller error.
Food and supermarket goods
Fresh, chilled, frozen and other perishable goods generally cannot be restored to saleable condition for change of mind. Spoilage on arrival, expiry and incorrect items remain valid complaint grounds. Shelf-stable unopened goods are assessed for seals, storage and the applicable period. Opening a package does not erase a pre-existing defect. Report leaking cleaning products before arranging safe collection.
Electronics and appliances
Check model, voltage, accessories and new/used/refurbished condition before purchase. Activation, installation or use may affect a sound-product exchange, but not erase an original defect. Technical inspection may be needed. Back up and remove personal data, SIMs, memory cards and account locks where safe; never share passwords. Arrange safe removal and collection of large appliances; do not assume optional installation or transport fees are included.
Clothing and personal care
Keep tags and accessories; do not wash, alter or wear clothing outdoors before a sound-product exchange. An incorrect size supplied by the store is an order mismatch. Used or unsealed intimate garments, cosmetics and hygiene goods may not be restorable to their original condition, but defects, counterfeits and misdescription still require review.
Car parts
Check part number, vehicle model/year/engine and compatibility. Installed, programmed, oily or modified parts are not unused. Incorrect seller compatibility information is assessed as misdescription. Batteries, electrical parts, oils and tyres may require technical inspection and safe transport. Do not ship a damaged battery without collection instructions.
Custom goods, promotions and warranty
Conforming made-to-order goods and certain books, publications and software have specific statutory exceptions. Discounts do not remove mandatory rights; known defects or used condition must be disclosed. Partial bundle returns are assessed against the invoice, discount and included gifts.
A commercial warranty must specify its provider, period, coverage, local service and exclusions. Do not assume a one-year or locally valid international warranty. No advertised commercial warranty does not remove defect or conformity rights. Wear, misuse or modifications are assessed against the actual terms and cause of damage. An inspection may support repair, exchange or refund as applicable.
Request, collection and refund
Use Help → Returns/exchange or Warranty/repair and keep the ticket number. Provide item and quantity details. Wait for confirmed collection instructions and obtain a receipt listing the item and accessories. Submission is not automatic approval or an automatic refund.
Following approval, support confirms the amount, refund method, execution date and provider processing estimate. A refund never requires your password, card security code or an advance verification fee. A voucher is not imposed instead of an owed refund without consent. Additional change-of-mind periods and costs are not assumed without disclosed terms. Request escalation using the ticket number; statutory complaint rights remain available.
