Store obligations
Stores must provide accurate specifications, pricing, expiry and warranty information and suitable storage and packaging. Counterfeit, prohibited and unsafe goods are not acceptable. Merchant onboarding does not mean every batch has been inspected. Verify allergy and technical compatibility information rather than relying on images.
Report an issue
Check packaging, expiry, quantities and visible condition. Keep labels and batch numbers when reporting a problem. Stop using potentially unsafe products and contact support. Early reporting helps investigation but does not cancel rights for defects discovered later. See Returns and Warranty for remedies.
