Use a long unique password and sign out on shared devices. Support will not ask for account passwords, email recovery codes or banking OTPs. Install bridge software only from a download source confirmed by the administration.
Responsible reporting
Choose Account security in Help and describe the route, steps, time and impact without including secrets or other people’s data. Do not disrupt services, access customer records or bulk-download data as proof. For intellectual-property complaints choose Content rights and include the URL, issue, evidence of your authority and reply details. Reports are reviewed; no automatic bounty or legal immunity is promised.
